Chris has been counsel in several High Court hearings involving IT, specifically computer misuse. He has also acted in a number of internet defamation claims, as well as assisted clients in pursuing criminal complaints involving dishonest accessing of computer systems. Chris is one of the original contributors to the LexisNexis Electronic Business and Technology (EBTL) law publication.

Such disputes often include the interpretation and enforcement of technology-related agreements (both onsite and cloud software licensing and/or development, hardware acquisition and maintenance), electronic commerce, computer misuse, protection of domain names, web hosting and telco supply agreements.
