Chris Patterson Barrister Limited have a duty of care to support our clients, staff and visitors to our office during the Covid-19 pandemic, to reduce community spread and to protect our vulnerable communities. This policy has been developed to comply with statutory obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 to ensure, so far as reasonably practicable, the health and safety of our staff and visitors to our office, or any event held by us.
From 13 June 2022, we no longer require any visitors to our office, clients attending in person meetings with our staff or attendees at our events, to have a valid vaccine pass. However, we confirm that Chris Patterson and his staff are all vaccinated.
We confirm that we still have measures in place within our risk management and workplace controls for Covid-19 which include sanitising hands, wearing face masks and physical distancing (where possible) and following strict hygiene measures.
We also ask that anyone who feels unwell, has cold or flu-like symptoms, is required to self-isolate, is awaiting the results of a Covid-19 test or has a confirmed diagnosis of Covid-19, not to visit our offices or meet in person with any of our staff. You will still be able to meet with our staff via a video conferencing platform or by telephone.
Our team appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your support during this time. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact any of our staff to discuss further.
